First of all, there is the solid steel construction that has been designed to support an Olympic bar and stands as a rock, even during a workout with heavy weights. By adjusting the bench into a decline or incline position, you are able to focus on your lower chest or upper chest as well. You may adjust the angle of the bench, as well as the height of the supports that hold the Olympic bar.
