Please meet the Marcy MWB 715B weight bench: an extensive and comfortable weight bench with a modern design. The construction allows you to train your chest, shoulders, legs, arms and even your abs on just one bench!

The both supports at each side of the bench have been designed to hold an Olympic bar. They have been placed widely, which allows you to lift up the bar in a correct way. By adjusting the bench into a decline or incline position, you are able to focus your workout on your lower chest or upper chest. You may adjust the angle of the bench, as well as the height of the supports that hold the Olympic bar. A comfortable position is guaranteed! The bench will stand as a rock, even during workouts with heavy weights. The high-quality construction of the bench allows a maximum weight of 350 kg to be used.

Thanks to the support at the front of the bench, you are able to do your preacher curl exercises and build up your biceps. The thick padded rollers allow you to do leg extension and leg curl exercises in order to get your legs in shape. You may increase the resistance of your exercises, simply by adding weight plates to the bar (including 30mm and 50mm adapter) at the center front of the bench.
