The angle of the bench can be adjusted as well; you may adjust the bench into a decline, incline or upright position, simply by making use of the easy pop-pin system. This allows you to workout your chest and shoulder muscles effectively!

Thanks to the station at the front of the bench, you are able to do your preacher curl exercises and build up your biceps. The thick padded rollers allow you to do leg extension and leg curl exercises in order to get your legs in shape. The resistance level of your leg exercises can be increased, by adding weight plates to the bar that is located at the front of the bench.
