First of all, the computer of the EEC-5550 has been equipped with a total of 18 programs. The programs include 12 preset programs, 1 manual program, 1 user program and 4 heart rate control programs. This wide range of programs is usually found at professional crosstrainers and will keep you motivated to workout time after time. You are able to measure your heart rate during the workout, simply by holding both sensors in the ergonomic handlebars. Your actual heart rate will then be displayed on the large LCD display, together with all other data, such as time, distance, speed and calories. During the heart rate control programs, the computer will automatically increase and decrease the resistance in order to keep your heart rate within the correct target heart rate zone.

The EEC-5550 contains a total weight of 65kg and stands as a rock. The high-quality industrial bearings, Hutson poly-V belt and drum magnetic resistance sytem create a smooth and silent workout on the crosstrainer.
