The Bodycraft Power Cage easily combines with any weight bench to accommodate bench press and incline press exercises. The adjustable safety spotter arms make the machine ideal for solo workouts. The Power Cage Strength Training System is a basic offering found in nearly every commercial gym.

The modular nature of the Bodycraft Power Cage gives the seasoned weightlifter the flexibility to build a tailored and personalized home gym without spending extra on unused features. Below are the available options:

Lat pull and Low Pulley (+€250,-)
This attachment allows you to use the Power Rack to focus on the back and lat muscles. The lat bar affixes to the top of the machine and hangs down to the weightlifter. Whether standing or seated on a weight bench, you can gain up to 100 kilograms of resistance with the lat bar. The low-row extends from the bottom of the weight stack and gives the weightlifter the opportunity to perform a seated row. This attachment attaches to the main weight stack using the same high-strength airplane cable used throughout the rest of the Power Rack. Both handles are coated with a non-slip surface for ease of use.

Marcy AB4050 bench (+€125,-)
If you can only pick one module and want the most versatility this is probably the one you should choose. Using this bench in combination with the Linear Smith Machine important exercises like incline and flat bench press, seated shoulder press, biceps curl become available. This bench also adds some extra leg exercises like leg curl and leg extension.
