The advanced First Degree Fluid Rower makes use of a water resistance system. This does not seem new, however the resistance can be adjusted in 20 different resistance levels! This is a unique feature and can not be found at any other rowing machine. You are able to adjust the resistance at any time, simply by moving the handle that is located near the resistance tank. By moving the handle downwards, the outside tank will be filled with more water, which increases the resistance. By lifting the handle up, the outside tank will be filled with less water in order to decrease the resistance. The resistance level can be adjusted in 20 different levels, and offers a suitable resistance for either beginners or experienced rowers.
During rowing, you will have an overview of all important feedback data, such as elapsed time, distance, strokes per minute, average speed, burned calories, pulse and a constant update concerning the 500 meter time. The computer is easy to control and the LCD-display is easy to read; this allows you to focus on your workout and view all feedback data simultaneously. The computer is compatible with an optional polar heart rate transmitter.
The ergonomic design of the Fluid Rower includes a comfortable seat that provides an easy entry and exit. The unique heel support of the foot pedals ensures you to stay in the right position during your workout and is easy to adjust, simply by lifting it up and placing it on a desirable position. The stainless steel construction stands firm as a rock and is maintenance free. The construction has been built to allow you to lift the rower up, and let it stand vertically. This saves a lot of space when the rower is not being used.
