The Kroon Olympic bar is the official bar that is used at power lifting and other Olympic sports. With a size of 220 cm and a weight of 20 kg you have possession of a perfect bar for your strength training.
The extra grip profiles at the bar provide a comfortable grip during your workout, while both ends of the bar rotate in order to provide optimum safety. You may increase the weight by making use of official Olympic weight plates with a 50mm diameter. A maximum weight of 318 kg can be placed at the Olympic bar.
