This dumbbell set contains 5 pairs of rubber coated dumbbells, varying from 32 kg to 40 kg. All the dumbbells have a firm grip and are safe in use thanks to the rubber coated weights. The coating will prevent possible damage to your floor and the weights themselves whenever they touch each other during your workout.
