The BLK-650 should be mounted on the wall, where the cover can be used as a mirror but also serves as protection. Dimensions
The dimensions of the BLK-650 are 15x63.5x197 cm (LxWxH). The single cable station stands against the wall and therefore takes up little space. This makes it the ideal cable station to get started at home! The BLK-650's cables are on one side, making it the most compact model in the range of wall mounted cable stations.
Construction
The solid frames of the BLK-650 are built from a Q235 thick steel construction. This is beneficial when it comes to durability from the Cable Station. The cables run very smoothly. You can simply adjust the pulley in 25 positions using a pop-in system to perform your exercises from any height. Exercises such as Tricep Extension, Bicep Curls or Cable Rows are all possible.
Attachments
The BLK-650 comes with one 50 kg weight stack, with a ratio of 1:4. This means that you can lift a maximum of 12.5 kg with a single pulley. If you connect both pulleys together, you can lift a maximum of 25 kg. The single handles, as shown in the photo, are included. The mirror can be used to see if you are performing the exercise correctly.
