"I want to return my purchase. Is that possible?"

Perhaps your purchase does not meet your expectations. In that case, you can return your order, this can be done up to 14 days after receipt.

The purchase amount is credited within 14 days upon return.

Conditions apply to the arrangement:

• You must always contact us by phone at the location where you purchased the product. For an online order, you can call our branch in Amsterdam +31 20 244 4200
• You can bring the product back yourself or have it collected by Helisports. In the latter case, you pay call-out charges.
