Spare parts for strength equipment
Is a component of your multi-gym, workout bench or other strength machine worn or damaged? This parent category includes steel cables, pulleys, pads, foam rollers, weight stack selector pins and end caps. Choose the appropriate type of part and always check the brand, model number and dimensions.
Which strength equipment spare parts can you find here?
Strength equipment consists of various moving, load-bearing and protective components. Replacing the specific worn part can often help a machine function safely and smoothly again. Use the subcategories to find the right replacement part more quickly.
Steel cables and pulleys
On multi-gyms, strength equipment pulleys guide the cables through the machine. The steel cables transfer the training load between handles, movement arms and weight stacks. Always check both components for wear, as a damaged pulley can also damage a new cable.
Weight stack selector pins
A selector pin lets you choose the desired training weight in a weight stack. Its diameter, length and shape must match the holes and weight plates in the machine. Do not use a random pin if it does not fit fully and securely into the weight stack.
Pads and upholstery
Our strength equipment pads category includes replacement seat, backrest and arm pads. Check the shape, dimensions and mounting points before replacing a pad. A similar-looking pad may not fit the same frame or mounting hole pattern.
Foam rollers for strength equipment
Padded rollers support or hold the legs in place during exercises such as leg extensions, leg curls and abdominal exercises. Browse our foam rollers for strength equipment and compare the length, outside diameter and shaft hole diameter with the existing component.
End caps and frame finishing
Strength equipment end caps close the open ends of frame tubes and weight holders. They protect the tube edge and provide a tidy finish. For rectangular, round and oval caps, check both the external dimensions and how the cap fits inside or over the profile.
Are strength equipment spare parts universal?
Most parts are model-specific. Dimensions, mounting points, cable lengths and designs may differ even between machines from the same brand. Check the full model number and, where possible, use the original part number from the manual or exploded diagram.
How do you identify the faulty part?
Check the entire mechanism around the fault. A cable that moves stiffly, for example, may be caused by a worn pulley, incorrect cable routing or a damaged steel cable. Play in a pad may also come from its bracket or fixings. An accurate diagnosis helps avoid unnecessary replacements.
Replacing and testing safely
Fully unload the machine before dismantling it and make sure that weight stacks and movement arms cannot move unexpectedly. Record the original cable routing and assembly sequence. After installation, test the machine with a low load first and check that all components move freely and are securely attached.
