The Fluid Bluetooth® Monitor gives instant insight into all your training parameters such as time, watts, calories, distance and rowing strokes per minute. In addition, the monitor automatically displays the resistance level you set via the dial on the rower. Power graph: Real time insight into your rowing stroke

The so-called Power Graph is a unique feature of the Fluid Bluetooth® Monitor. This graph shows your rowing stroke in real time. You can use that information to perfect your rowing technique. The better your technique, the more you get out of your workout! In fact, the ideal rowing stroke consists of six steps that make up one smooth repetitive cyclical movement.

The Viking Pro V is made of American ash wood. This is a strong, durable and affordable type of wood that suits the rower's appearance.

The wood has been sanded and varnished twice for extra protection, even during the most intense workouts.

Every detail has been optimised for intensive and long-term use

Each threaded hole in the wooden frame is fitted with a metal bushing. This prevents the wood from splitting or the screw from overturning during assembly and the rowing trainer from losing its sturdiness over time. The intermediate parts at the front of the rower are attached to each other with a metal plate. This prevents the rower from squeaking when in use.

Small brushes sweep the rails

Small brushes are attached behind the seat wheels. These sweep the rails with every rowing movement and prevent dust particles from the rails from sticking to the wheels. This keeps every rowing motion fluid.

Premium ergonomic handle for a good grip and correct posture

The Fluid Rower Viking Pro V has a premium ergonomic handle. Thanks to its slightly curved and extra-wide shape, it provides the best grip during every rowing stroke. Your body automatically assumes the best posture so you can apply the most force. The handle is connected to a nylon belt: strong, quiet and stable. The strength of the bungee, the elastic band that pulls the belt back, has been optimised so that it doesn't add resistance but still smoothly pulls the belt back into the trainer as soon as you move forward. This is done in one smooth movement, without the bungee giving a pulling sensation or the belt 'stuttering' during this movement.

Tank frame effortlessly withstands the most powerful rowing stroke

The wooden frame above the tank absorbs the most force during exercise. That's because you push off on the footplate and pull on the pulley at the front of the frame using the cord. Because this frame consists of one part curved wood on the Fluid Rower Viking Pro V, it prevents squeaks and creaks and feels super sturdy. This allows you to exercise as intensively as you want on a Fluid Rower without worrying about breaking anything.

Fluid resistance: rowing as if you were on the water

Rowing with a Fluid Rower sounds, feels and looks like you are on the water thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented Twin Tank technology. This unique system easily lets you adjust the resistance of the water at any time using the dial.
