This band is ideal for athletes who are already familiar with resistance training, possess a good baseline fitness level, or use the band to support physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Good to know: all bands in this line have the exact same comfortable dimensions. The color simply determines the intensity of the workout. This blue variant delivers a medium resistance, is manufactured from highly durable latex, and comes standard neatly supplied in a PE storage pouch.

Maintenance advice for a long lifespan: Because this band is made of latex (an organic, natural material), proper maintenance is essential. Protect the band from extreme temperatures, chemicals, perfume, sweat, and moisture to prevent premature wear. From time to time, lay the band flat and sprinkle it lightly with talcum powder. This prevents the rubber from sticking together in warm temperatures and keeps the band supple to use.
