The PowerMark 660LR Lat/Low Row Machine is a compact power station ideal for training the muscles in the upper body. The most important lat pulldown exercises can be performed with the PowerMark 660LR.

Plate loaded

To use the 660LR you need to load the sleeves with discs. You can use both 30 mm and Olympic (50 mm) discs. You can easily disassemble the sleeve.

Adjustable Seat and Leg Lockers

To find the right position, you can adjust both the seat and the Leg Lockers. You do this by pressing the red button which you can use easily with the pop-pin system.

High & Low Pulley

The PowerMark 660LR has a Pulley on both the bottom and the top. This significantly increases the number of exercises. Think of Lat Pulldown, Seated Row, Tricep Extension or Bicep Curl.

Optional accessories: WS210 Weight Stack

Would you rather have a weight stack instead of separate sleeve adapters? The 660LR is also available with 90 kg weight stack: PowerMark 660LR Lat/Low Row Machine with WS210 Weight Stack.
