Pivot Fitness PM146 Olympic Hex Bar

The Pivot Fitness PM146 Olympic Hex Bar is a sturdy Trap Bar (Hex Bar) designed for strength training with Olympic weight plates (50 mm). With a trap bar, you stand inside the bar rather than behind it, keeping the weight closer to your body. This allows for a more natural lifting motion and reduces strain on the lower back during exercises such as deadlifts.

The Pivot Fitness PM146 Trap Bar is ideal for exercises like deadlifts, shrugs, and farmer walks. Thanks to the two different handles – a lower and a raised position – you can vary your range of motion and training intensity. The handles are knurled for extra grip and control during heavy lifts.

The bar has a total length of 160 cm and is compatible with Olympic weight plates with a 50 mm sleeve diameter. Each side has a 33 cm sleeve, providing ample space for multiple plates. The trap bar weighs approximately 32 kg.
