Inspire Multi-gym M1 - Black

The Inspire M1 is anything but a traditional home gym. This station is fully based on cable exercises that give you unprecedented freedom of movement, also known as functional training. Thanks to the extremely compact design, the M1 fits into almost any space that standard home gyms are often too large for.

The machine is equipped with 6 independent pulleys (1:2 ratio), offering you the possibility of iso-lateral training. This forces both sides of the body to work equally hard, contributing to symmetrical muscle development and a significant improvement in mobility, balance, and coordination.

Endless exercises

Thanks to the strategically placed High, Mid, and Low pulleys, you can perform an unlimited number of exercises. From heavy compound exercises to specific isolation movements: the M1 replaces a complete gym on a minimal footprint.

Upright or Flat: Telescopic bench

The integrated telescopic bench allows you to perform both seated and lying exercises. Whether it is a Seated Shoulder Press or a Flat Bench Press with cables; the transition between positions is smooth and fast.

Thanks to the forward-facing design and minimal dimensions, the M1 fits perfectly into any corner of your home. The station is not only functional, but with its heavy round tube frame, it is also a visual asset to your home gym.

Training options per pulley section:

• Low Pulleys: Ideal for shoulder presses, biceps curls, and lateral raises. Use them in combination with the bench for leg exercises or for chest presses in a flat position.
• Mid Pulleys: Perfect for chest exercises in flat, incline, and decline positions. The free motion path allows pectoral flyes from any angle, which is much more effective than a fixed press arm.
• High Pulleys: For lat pulldowns, abdominal crunches, and triceps extensions. Cross the handles for effective training of the rear deltoids.
