With the BodyCraft Straight Bar Dual Hook, you transform your functional trainer or cable gym into a versatile barbell station. By connecting both hooks to the cable pulleys of your machine, you can effortlessly perform heavy compound exercises such as squats, chest presses, shoulder presses, and curls.
The bar is equipped with a high-quality rubber anti-slip coating for a comfortable and secure grip during heavy sets. Thanks to the integrated bearings at the ends, the attachment hooks can smoothly rotate 360 degrees. This prevents friction on the cables, relieves wrist strain, and even enables dynamic lifts like the Clean & Jerk.
