The BodyCraft F611 Leg Extension is specifically designed to attach to the BodyCraft F320, F602, and F605 adjustable weight benches (provided the F605 is equipped with the F615 attachment). This premium expansion gives you the ability to perform leg extensions and leg curls; two indispensable exercises for building your leg muscles!
You can adjust the height of the BodyCraft F611 to your exact preference using the convenient pop-pin system. Thanks to the thick, premium foam rollers, every set feels remarkably comfortable. For training resistance, you can use standard weight plates with a bore diameter of approx. 30 mm. A spring collar is included to keep the weight securely in place during your workout. You can, of course, also use Olympic plates (50 mm); however, to ensure a snug fit, you can optionally purchase the BodyCraft F611 adapter sleeve.
