The NT-02 Neoprene Covered Supinated Grip is a narrow handle attachment with an underhand grip (palms facing up). When performing lat pull-down or rowing exercises with this handle, you place greater emphasis on the biceps. The defining feature of the NT series handles is their ergonomic shape, featuring a larger grip surface where you place your hands. This allows you to keep your wrists straight, which reduces the risk of injury and ensures better exercise execution.
All NT series handles feature a neoprene coating, providing a comfortable and stable grip.
