The Fluid Bluetooth® Monitor provides instant insight into all your training parameters such as time, watts, calories, distance, and strokes per minute. The monitor also automatically displays the resistance level you have set using the dial on the rower. Via Bluetooth®, you can connect to training apps such as Fluid Connect, Regatta, Asensei, EXR and Kinomap.

Power graph: Real-time insight into your rowing stroke

Unique to the Fluid Bluetooth® Monitor is the so-called Power Graph. This graph shows your rowing stroke in real time. You can use this information to perfect your rowing technique. The better your technique, the more you get out of your training! The ideal rowing stroke consists of six steps that together form one smooth, repetitive cyclical movement.

Every screw hole in the wooden frame is fitted with a metal bushing. This prevents the wood from splitting or screws from loosening during assembly and ensures the rowing machine maintains its sturdiness over time. The front cross sections of the rower are connected with a metal plate, preventing creaking during use.

Small brushes keep the rails clean

Small brushes are attached behind the seat wheels. With every rowing movement, they sweep the rails clean and prevent dust particles from settling on the track. This ensures every stroke remains smooth.

Premium ergonomic handle for optimal grip and correct posture

The Fluid Rower Viking Pro V features a premium ergonomic handle. Thanks to its slightly curved and extra-wide shape, it provides the best grip during every rowing stroke. Your body automatically adopts the correct posture, allowing you to generate maximum power. The handle is connected to a nylon strap: strong, quiet, and stable. The strength of the bungee, which retracts the strap, is optimized so it does not add extra resistance while smoothly returning the strap into the trainer as you move forward. This happens in one fluid motion, without any pulling sensation or jerking of the strap.

Tank frame effortlessly withstands the most powerful rowing strokes

The wooden frame above the tank endures the most force during training. You push off from the footrests and pull the cord connected to the front pulley. Because this frame is made from a single piece of curved wood, it prevents squeaking and creaking and feels extremely solid. This allows you to train explosively and confidently on a Fluid Rower without worrying about damage.

Fluid resistance: row as if you are on the water

Rowing with a Fluid Rower looks, sounds, and feels like you are on the water, thanks to the high-quality water tank with patented Twin Tank technology. With this unique system, you can easily adjust the water resistance at any time using the dial.
