The Functional Trainer (RFT) option takes this rack to the next level. This extension adds no less than 6 pulley sections, which ensures maximum flexibility in your training. The RFT features laser-etched numbering on the inside of the uprights, so you can always set the catchers, spotters, and pulleys lightning fast and at the exact same height.

Functional swivel pulleys (front)

On the front, you will find dual, independently adjustable swivel pulleys with 23 height positions. Easily adjust the resistance angle via the smooth pop-pin system. Whether it concerns chest flyes or lateral raises, the pulleys smoothly follow every motion path.

Lat Pull & Dual Independent Low Pulleys

On the back, there are independent Low Pulleys, ideal for heavy rows, bicep curls, and specific core exercises. This section is essential for anyone who wants to dedicate maximum attention to the back muscles and functional pulling power. Including the Lat and Low Pulley option, the total width of the station is 160 cm.

High pulleys for heavy back training

The RFT is equipped at the top with dual, independently rotating high pulleys. These can be used separately or in combination with the included Lat bar. Work purposefully on your shoulders, back, and triceps with a silky-smooth cable transmission.
